This was not made by Africans. It was made by Chinese. I have clothing made by Africans who live in Africa. Although in today's world, majority of our products in America comes from China. However, This advertisement was misleading. The outfit was off in sizing, was not made well. Just plain horrible. Look like something you will find from a "cheap swap meet". To return the two items back to China cost just as much as the two garments I bought, which was $94. and some change. If you are smart, do not buy, you'll be sorry.The outfit was really pretty. The price was reasonable, quality product.Good quality but size bigger than expectedI am a large. But ordered extra large for extra room unfortunately there was too much room.Be sure if your size waaaay too costly to return and shipping very slow waited about a month
