This skirt is comfortable and cute. It does look a bit more like a puffy skirt then it shows in the online photos. So its not the most flattering. It would hide a person's larger thigh/hip area well though. The stretch is very stretchy. I could lose or gain 40 pounds and still fit into this. With the elastic waist area I can place it high over my belly button for a shorter skort experience, at my belly button area or slightly below. Its comfortable in every setting that I decide to place it in for the day. Also it is medium to lightweight and comfortable to sit in. It does not have to be constantly adjusted when sitting and standing.
